R. Thomas Lowe is a native of Sellersburg, Indiana and has been in practice since 1996. Aside from private practice, Tom has served in various capacities ranging from Deputy Prosecuting Attorney to Town Court Judge, City Attorney, County Council Attorney, Public Defender, and member of the Indiana General Assembly Probate Study Code Committee.
Located in Clark County, Indiana, Tom is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern districts of Indiana, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.
Our firm serves clients primarily in Clark, Floyd, Orange, Scott, Harrison and the surrounding counties but may take cases anywhere throughout the state and travels regularly to represent and work with clients.
